Refund policy

At Field of Prints Collective we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and custom merchandise built with intention.

Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the made-to-order nature of custom apparel and personalized products, all custom sales are final. This includes items with custom names, logos, artwork, sizing selections, or modified designs.

If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jade@fieldofprints.net with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it appropriately.

Non-Custom Apparel & Merchandise
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Customers are responsible for verifying sizes, spelling, and artwork approvals before production.
• Sale items and limited drops may be final sale.
